Collect what the service needs, keep health assumptions out of listening activity, do not sell personal information, and give members practical access and deletion controls.
1. Who is responsible
Our Health 2 Wealth is responsible for personal information processed through the website, apps, membership, support, and rewards program. Contact our Information Officer or privacy team at privacy@ourhealth2wealth.com.
2. Information we collect
For an invited email/password account, account-identity data also includes a salted one-way password hash and credential version. We do not store the readable password.
- Account identity: provider identifier, name, email or Apple relay email, avatar where supplied, sign-in timestamps, and account status.
- Membership and transaction records: plan, trial and entitlement dates, payment-provider customer/reference identifiers, payment status, refunds, chargebacks, and limited billing metadata. We do not store full card details.
- Listening preferences: neutral tone or session identifiers, timestamps, duration, and playback settings. Historical source labels are not written to listening history, and the Resona findings page has no source-to-audio handoff.
- Progress journal: if you choose to record a 0 to 10 severity score or private note, we store it with the selected source-record identifier and time so you can compare your own entries. This is optional, private to your account, and not a diagnosis or clinical record.
- Member comments: if you submit an experience for community display, we store the source-record identifier, comment, moderation status, display name, and timestamps. Approved comments may be visible to signed-in members. Do not include medical records or information you do not want other members to see.
- Saved source records: if you choose Save to library on a historical record, we store its stable record identifier and catalogue version until you remove it or delete your account. Because a source label may name a symptom, condition, organism, or body area, that optional bookmark may reveal a health interest. It is kept separate from ordinary audio favorites and is not used for diagnosis, recommendations, advertising, affiliate attribution, or outcome scoring. Category-level Resona findings are not saved as source records.
- Source-reference searches: a historical-index or category-finding search term is sent in a protected request body and processed transiently to return matching historical records or MW2H-authored findings. The application does not save the term in a URL, analytics, favorites, listening history, or an account profile. Your acknowledgement of a source warning may be stored only in your browser.
- Linked devices: a member-selected watch name, platform, app version, pairing and last-used timestamps, and protected device-token records. We do not collect smartwatch sensor, location, movement, heart-rate, or HealthKit/Health Connect data for sound sessions.
- Device and security data: IP address, browser/app version, device type, language, approximate region, logs, cookies, session identifiers, and fraud/security signals.
- Support and legal records: messages, requests, consent records, complaints, and account deletion/export activity.
- Rewards information: application status, referral code, attribution, qualifying transactions, reward ledger, payout and tax/identity details where required.
The service has no diagnosis field or validated disease protocol. Historical labels may contain medical words because they are transcribed from the source. Public Rife AI chat history may be stored locally in that browser so it can reappear when the page is reopened. It is not saved to an Our Health 2 Wealth account or database and can be removed with Clear chat. Saving a source record is optional, can be removed or cleared in My library, and may reveal an interest in its label. Listening history uses neutral tone identifiers and is a convenience record, not a medical record. Please do not provide names, contact details, medical records, or sensitive health details through public chat, support, or rewards tools.
3. How we use information
We process information to create and secure accounts; authenticate sign-ins; return transient historical-index results or category-level source findings; store historical source records you expressly save; provide audio features; manage trials, payments, access and refunds; sync neutral favorites/history; operate rewards; prevent fraud and misuse; provide support; send service notices; comply with law; keep records; measure reliability; and improve the service using aggregated or appropriately protected information.
4. Legal grounds
Depending on location and context, processing is based on performance of our contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as account security, fraud prevention, service operation, and improvement. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Cookies, local storage, embedded video, and external links
We use essential cookies or device storage for authentication, security, preferences, PWA operation, checkout continuity, and protected watch access. A linked watch stores a revocable access credential in its operating system's secure credential storage. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced, will be subject to appropriate notice and consent controls.
Third-party video placeholders load from our own website and do not connect to YouTube until you choose Play. We then load YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Google or YouTube may receive your IP address, browser or device information, referring origin, and video interactions, and may use cookies or similar storage under their own privacy terms. You may leave the placeholder untouched or follow the separate YouTube link instead.
A clearly marked Resona link is an outbound affiliate link. We do not contact Resona merely because you view the reference inside our service. If you choose the link, Resona and its service providers may receive your IP address, browser/device details, referring origin, and the affiliate identifier in the URL under their own terms and privacy policy. We may later receive aggregate or transaction attribution if a purchase qualifies for commission.
6. Sharing and service providers
We disclose only what is needed to vetted providers supporting identity, payment processing, hosting, security, email, support, app distribution, embedded video, accounting, and professional advice. Google, YouTube, Apple, payment providers, and app stores process information under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information where lawfully required or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
We do not sell personal information and do not use health information or listening choices for targeted advertising.
7. Cross-border processing
Some providers or infrastructure may process information outside South Africa or your country. We use contractual and organisational safeguards and assess transfers as required by applicable data-protection law.
8. Retention
We keep account data while the account is active; listening history according to available account controls and operational needs; an optional saved source record until you remove it, clear the saved-record library, or delete your account; transaction, tax, fraud, affiliate, consent, and legal records for applicable statutory or dispute periods; and security logs for limited risk-based periods. We delete or de-identify information when no longer reasonably needed, subject to lawful retention.
9. Security
We use layered technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and risks, including encrypted transport, access controls, server-side token verification, secure credential handling, audit logs, backups, and incident response. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, information about recipients, withdrawal of consent, or a review of certain automated decisions. You may manage membership and request account deletion from the account page. We may verify identity before acting.
South African users may complain to the Information Regulator. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address the issue.
11. Marketing
Service and security notices are not marketing. Electronic direct marketing is sent only where permitted, with required consent and a working opt-out. Affiliate partners may not add contacts to our systems or send unsolicited messages on our behalf.
12. Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been provided.
13. Account deletion
An in-account deletion request begins identity verification, access closure, and deletion or de-identification of associated information, except records we must or may lawfully retain. Store subscriptions may need to be cancelled separately with Apple or Google.
14. Changes and contact
